Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of ProfitPop, an Android app published by Sobaband Innovations LLC ("we", "us"). By using ProfitPop, you agree to these terms.

Estimates only

ProfitPop outputs — including True Profit, per-mile and per-hour figures, tax reserve estimates, and ProfitAI insights — are estimates for budgeting and decision support. They depend on the settings and data you provide and on modeled assumptions. They are not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

Your responsibility as an independent driver

You are an independent contractor and solely responsible for your decisions, including which offers to accept, how you drive, your taxes, and your compliance with gig-platform terms and applicable law. We do not guarantee any level of earnings.

No guarantee regarding gig platforms

ProfitPop cannot guarantee reactivation, dispute outcomes, or any action by any gig platform. Record-keeping features such as the Evidence Vault and PayGuard help you organize information; they do not create legal rights or guaranteed outcomes.

Read-only nature of ProfitPop

Where ProfitPop uses Android's Accessibility Service, it does so in a read-only manner with your explicit consent. ProfitPop does not tap, swipe, type, accept, reject, or otherwise control another app. The driver always makes the final decision.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse ProfitPop, attempt to reverse engineer it, use it to violate gig-platform terms or the law, or misrepresent data recorded by the app.

Subscriptions

ProfitPop Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription purchased through Google Play Billing. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Google Play's terms. Features and availability may vary during beta testing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sobaband Innovations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost earnings, arising from your use of ProfitPop. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
