Overview

ProfitPop is a gig-driver profit intelligence app for Android, published by Sobaband Innovations LLC. This policy describes what information the app processes, where it is processed, and the choices you have.

ProfitPop is designed local-first: trip, shift, expense, and offer data is processed and stored on your device wherever practical. The current beta does not require a cloud ProfitPop account.

Data processed on your device

Vehicle and profile data: vehicle type, fuel or energy efficiency, and your estimated tax reserve rate, used to calculate True Profit estimates.

Shift and trip data: start/end times, duration, mileage (delivery and deadhead), earnings entries, and per-trip summaries.

Offer data: payout, miles, and estimated time for offers you evaluate, used to build your personal history and ProfitAI insights.

Location data

Location (GPS) is used only while a trip or shift is active, to measure delivery and deadhead mileage. ProfitPop does not track your location in the background outside of an active trip or shift.

Accessibility Service

The optional Live Offer Reader uses Android's Accessibility Service to read offer information (such as payout and miles) shown on your screen by supported gig apps, after you explicitly enable it.

This service is read-only: ProfitPop never taps, swipes, types, accepts, rejects, or otherwise controls another app. Raw Accessibility text is processed on your device to extract offer details and is not uploaded.

Receipts and evidence files

Receipt photos are processed with on-device OCR to extract totals for your expense records. Documents you upload to the Evidence Vault (notices, warnings, screenshots, PDFs, notes) are stored under your control and are always labeled as driver-uploaded, distinct from data ProfitPop records itself.

Optional community contributions

Where community features (such as community Store Intelligence) are offered, contributing is strictly opt-in. Customer delivery addresses are never used for community Store Intelligence. If you opt in, only the minimum information needed for the feature is shared, and you can opt out at any time.

Google Play Billing

Pro subscriptions are purchased through Google Play Billing. Payment information is handled by Google under its own privacy policy; ProfitPop does not receive or store your payment card details.

Data retention

Data stored on your device remains until you delete it in the app or uninstall ProfitPop. If you contact support, we retain correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Your control

You can clear local data, delete receipts and evidence, disable the Accessibility Service, and opt out of community sharing at any time from within the app or your Android settings. See getprofitpop.com/data for step-by-step instructions.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal data.
