Your Data & Privacy Controls

The ProfitPop app does not use a cloud account, so there is no app cloud-account deletion process — your app data lives on your device and the controls below remove it. Beta signup details you submit on this website are stored separately and can be deleted by email.

Clear local ProfitPop data

  1. Open ProfitPop and go to Settings.
  2. Choose Data, then Clear local data, and confirm.
  3. This removes trips, shifts, offers, expenses, and settings stored on your device.
  4. You can also clear app data from Android Settings → Apps → ProfitPop → Storage.

Delete receipts and evidence

  1. Open the Receipts or Evidence Vault section.
  2. Select any item and choose Delete to remove it individually.
  3. To remove everything at once, use Settings → Data → Clear local data.

Disable community sharing

  1. Community features are opt-in only. If you opted in, go to Settings → Privacy.
  2. Toggle off community contributions. Previously contributed items stop being updated.

Delete your website beta signup

  1. The beta signup form on this website stores your first name, email, primary platform, Android device, preferred language, optional feedback and consent so we can contact you about testing.
  2. If you also filled in the optional questionnaire after signing up, we store what you chose to share there too: phone, city/state, years doing gig work, other platforms, pain points, free-text answer, preferred contact method and — only if you ticked it — text-message consent with its date and wording. It is used for beta selection, product research and contact you allowed, and is never sold.
  3. Email support@getprofitpop.com from the address you signed up with, using the subject "Delete ProfitPop Beta Signup".
  4. We remove your signup record and any optional questionnaire answers from the beta list. This is separate from ProfitPop app data — your trips, offers, mileage, expenses and Evidence Vault items stay on your device and are never uploaded to this website.

Disable the Accessibility Service

  1. Open your phone's Settings → Accessibility.
  2. Find ProfitPop and switch it off. This fully disables the Live Offer Reader.
